Vertical collision tolerance

When the jumper collides with an obstacle while falling or jumping, if the Y-coordinate overlap between the top of the block and the bottom of the character is within the number of pixels set in this parameter, the character will ride on top of the block. With the appropriate settings, the character can dash over one-block-wide hole while dashing as in "Super Mario Bros."
